You will have to click at the picture at the center of the post (right click) and you choose the view picture option. It will be opened in a new tab. It can be viewed in full size or smaller size.
Get Your Pin Number
As usual you can go to the Bank Simpanan Nasional to get the PIN number for online registration using the MEC mode. With that PIN number you can make the registration through the internet.
Payment Through Internet Banking
Payment can be made through your bank account and also using a credit card.

is dat true, the registration is still open coz through on9 it had been closed.does this apply only for the area of perlis or throughout out penissular malaysia...if yes i wanna register it now before it's too late..
ReplyDeleteSorry, I was writing about what could happen in the state of Perlis only. If you register in the state of Perlis, they will do the registration for you before the closing date.
ReplyDeleteThat might not be applicable in other states. The registration will be open again - online,in the first or second week of January 2012. That will follow the release of the results of the Dec 2011 MUET Paper. Usually you are given a one week period to do the registration.

If you would like to register online then you would have to wait for the MPM to open the registration for the MUET around the second week of January 2012. Registration is through the MPM website stated above. That registration is naturally for the March 2012 MUET Paper.
For the July Papers you would have to register at the right time, not in January but after the results of the March 2012 Papers come out. Well, that's it.

Yes, as of today, that's the procedure for registration for new registrations. After the result of the March paper comes out registration will be opened, as usual (the July MUET papers).

If I register MUET for the July session, can we get the result before we enter university on September?
ReplyDeleteNow the MUET is carried out three times per year and that was never done before. The result might or might not come out by September because this is the first time ever that we have the July paper.
DeleteI shall be asking around and would come back with a reply that I cannot say when. The best thing to do is to make an inquiry to the MPM that carries out the MUET.

Hi sir, i want to ask,Is there any possibility that I can enter IPTA if I don't have MUET?I recently finished my diploma, I missed registration for MUET in March. i'll make sure I don't miss the reg for July 2012 MUET. TQ

DeleteSorry for the late reply. There is a possibility for you to enter the IPTA. It depends on the IPTA itself. Some would require you to take the MUET while you are studying there. Some would require you to have a MUET before you enter the IPTA.
You have to find out what are the requirements of the IPTA. If they require you to get one before you enter, then you've got to have one.
See if you can NEGOTIATE with them. That is you would do your MUET while you're studying there. That - you must do, or else, when you do graduate, they might withhold your degree or diploma if you still don't do the MUET!

You will have to do the process all over again, I mean the BSN thing and then register online and you have to take into consideration the registration period. Don't miss it. Keep your eyes open for the next registration dates. You can get it here:

i bought a new muet taxt book, (ace ahead by oxford fajar) and realized that the writing part has change. does the format change? is it true that the candidates will have to elaborate the charts given to them? tq
ReplyDeleteThe format for MUET changed in 2008 and has been maintained until today. There are no changes in MUET Speaking-(800/2).
DeleteIn writing, for the first question we have to write a report on the combination of charts and linear text given. Yes, it's true that you have to elaborate on the charts given. Use whatever information that you can find in the charts and linear text. Do not add any information that is not available in the texts (non-linear and linear) given.
thank you for your reply. I have another question. Must we provide some critical thinking? example, if the charts is about number of unemployed graduates according to year, in the essay, can we write something like this:
Delete"the increasing number of unemployment IS DUE TO THE FACT THAT MOST OF COMPANIES ARE USING MACHINE TO REPLACE MANPOWER."
Is it necessary for the candidates to include their critical thinking, the logical reasons behind the figure of the charts given?
or we just simply describe the information that we can get from the chart.

The critical thinking part - that's interesting. If we want to insert our critical thinking, we should consider whether our critical thinking has something to fall back upon - whatever facts provided in the stimulus. As a matter of fact this is what you have to do - how do you come to a conclusion with all the facts and data provided in the stimulus.
DeleteFor example, besides rising figures of unemployment, do we get another chart that portrays statistics of companies that have "migrated" to use machines as a replacement for human resources? Furthermore, do we get something like a few lines of a news clip that says something about more companies that are replacing human labour with machines in order to maximise profits? (Maybe added to that what are some of the social consequences?)
If that is the scenario then our critical thinking will not fall out of place and it would be right on target. Remember, the number of words used in your "report" is limited to between 150-200. Hope this helps!

ReplyDeleteThe PIN number lasts 3 (three) months from the date that you have bought it. Before it expires, please renew it.

How to find the venue and address of the outside muet ? i tried to register online but it says "PENDAFTARAN PEPERIKSAAN MENGGUNAKAN KAD KREDIT DAN PERBANKAN INTERNET" Harap maaf. Terdapat masalah teknikal bagi bayaran pendaftaran peperiksaan dengan menggunakan kad kredit dan perbankan internet. Sila dapatkan PIN MEC dari cawangan Bank Simpanan Nasional (BSN) yang terdekat.
ReplyDeleteI don't think you can apply at other places. It should be done online. So, get the PIN number from BSN and do it online. Hope that helps.

DeleteGo to the BSN, buy your PIN number then go to the MPM website and register online. When everything is OK - i.e. your registration is successful - the MPM will notify you through the post. They will notify you about your exam dates and your exam centre. Hope this helps.
